What do you enjoy most about working for Alevere?
The team are fantastic and after working here for 10 years, I have met some amazing colleagues both past and present. Working together to improve people’s lives is a great feeling.
What surprises you about the clients?
It surprises me how far some people choose to travel each week to visit the clinic. That for me shows just how well the program works!
Why do you work for Alevere?
I work for Alevere because I really love that we can transform people’s lives. Someone can walk through the door and be very reserved and unhappy and by the time they have finished the plan, they are the complete opposite. Full of confidence and smiling from ear to ear! Helping to bring the very best out of people, helping them achieve their personal goals and seeing them blossom into this new found confidence is amazing!
What is the most challenging part of your role?
During the pandemic, there were some shortages of the food items that we stock. This at times was a struggle and frustrating as it was completely out of our hands.
How would you describe Alevere in three words?
Life Changing, Committed and Supportive
What can clients expect when they have their first appointment?
At their first appointment, a patient can expect to be welcomed by a fantastic and supportive member of the team, who will have a chat with them about their personal goals, a plan will then be put into place of how this goal can be achieved. Most patients leave the appointment with a much greater understanding of the program and cannot wait to get started.
Why is Alevere different?
Alevere is different because we aren’t just here for the duration of the program, but we are here for help and support in the long term. Once a patient is finished the plan, they are welcome to come back for weekly reviews to have a chat with a therapist which helps with the maintaining stage. A lot of patients find this really helpful and a great success to help them stay at their goal.
