Spinach and Tomato Muffins

Recipe inspiration, whatever the occasion.

Ingredients

  • Cheese Omelette Sachet
  • 1x Tomato (200g max a day)
  • ½ Cup chopped Spinach Leaves
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Pepper
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Pre heat oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees
  2. Mix 120ml water to the Cheese Omelette Sachet adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Chop 1 tomato into small cubes along with ½ cup of spinach and ¼ cup green pepper.
  4. Lightly oil baking tray cups.
  5. Mix all veg to cheese omelette sachet and spread between 2-4 bacon tray cups.
  6. Cook for 7-12 minutes.

*3rd and 5th meal only.

Best thing since a slice of cake.! After seeing a picture of myself at Christmas 2015, l decided to do something so l took the plunge and phoned Alevere.  Hard bit done, the diet is simple, follow it as advised, and watch the pounds fall off, and they literally did.  The hardest thing is walking through the doors, but remember everyone there is in your shoes. I feel 21 again.
