Onion Bhaji

Recipe inspiration, whatever the occasion.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Goujon Sachet
  • White Onion 150g
  • Garam Masala
  • Paprika
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin
  • Chilli Powder

Sauce:

  • 1 tbs Natural Yogurt
  • Cucumber
  • Mint leaves

Method

  1. Chicken Goujons Sachet
  2. 1/2 tsp each Garam Masala, Paprika, Turmeric, Cumin, Chilli Powder
  3. Brown off and soften 150gm white onion
  4. Mix with sachet and spices
  5. Slowly add dash of water to form thick paste (10-20mls only).
  6. Form into patties and brown off both sides.
  7. Bake for 15-20 mins
  8. Mix allowance of yoghurt with 50gm cucumber or mint leaves

*Limited Vegetables are used in this recipe.

*Natural Yogurt – Restricted to 1tbs every other day.

Best thing since a slice of cake.! After seeing a picture of myself at Christmas 2015, l decided to do something so l took the plunge and phoned Alevere.  Hard bit done, the diet is simple, follow it as advised, and watch the pounds fall off, and they literally did.  The hardest thing is walking through the doors, but remember everyone there is in your shoes. I feel 21 again.
