Egg Noodle Stir-fry



  • Bacon Omelette


  • 100ml x Water
  • 50g x Tender stem Broccoli
  • 3 x Shiitake Mushrooms-Sliced
  • 1 x Spring Onion Top-Sliced
  • ½ x Lemon
  • Coriander
  • Salt & Pepper


  • 1 x Birds Eye Chilli (Optional)
  • 10g x Bean Sprouts
  • ½ tsp x Kikkoman Tamari
  • 1 tbsp x Olive Oil


  • For the noodles mix the omelette sachet with the water and season with salt and pepper. Lightly oil a plate.
  • Microwave on full power for 90 –120 seconds depending on the power category of your unit. The omelette should be fully cooked.
  • Allow to cool slightly and gently peel the omelette from the plate. Place onto a chopping board and cut into strips.
  • For the stir-fry simply sauté the vegetables until lightly softened over high heat.
  • Deglaze with lemon juice and tamari.
  • You can mix in your noodles at this point or serve the vegetables alongside the noodles.
  • Tip: garnish with coriander and raw beansprouts.

Best thing since a slice of cake.! After seeing a picture of myself at Christmas 2015, l decided to do something so l took the plunge and phoned Alevere.  Hard bit done, the diet is simple, follow it as advised, and watch the pounds fall off, and they literally did.  The hardest thing is walking through the doors, but remember everyone there is in your shoes. I feel 21 again.
