Recipe inspiration, whatever the occasion.


  • 100g thinly sliced green cabbage (limited)
  • 50g thinly sliced red cabbage (limited)
  • 1 whole shredded carrots (limited)
  • 2 thinly sliced spring onion tops
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp of grainy mustard
  • 1 tsp of artificial sugar (limited)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (limited)
  • ½ tsp celery seed
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

*- limited to 200g max a day in total (please refer to limited list)


  1. In a small bowl whisk together vinegar, mustard, sugar and olive oil and set aside. In a separate bowl mix together cabbages, carrots, green onions and celery seed.
  2. Next, pour a small amount of the dressing on the cabbage mixture and mix together until combined and until desired amount of dressing is achieved. Season with salt and pepper, and chill before serving

Best thing since a slice of cake.! After seeing a picture of myself at Christmas 2015, l decided to do something so l took the plunge and phoned Alevere.  Hard bit done, the diet is simple, follow it as advised, and watch the pounds fall off, and they literally did.  The hardest thing is walking through the doors, but remember everyone there is in your shoes. I feel 21 again.
