Chicken Rissoles with Dipping Sauce

Recipe inspiration, whatever the occasion.


  • 1 Packet Chicken Goujons
  • Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • Pinch Garlic Salt
  • 1 Spring Onion, Grated (limited)
  • 1 small Carrot, Grated (limited)
  • Handful Mushrooms, Grated
  • Salt and Pepper

Dipping Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of Satsuma (limited)
  • Pinch Garlic salt
  • Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tsp Artificial Sugar
  • Tomato Paste **


  1. To make the dipping sauce mix all the ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix the chicken packet with just enough water to form a paste.
  3. Combine grated vegetables with chicken mix and spice and mix well.
  4. Form the chicken and vegetable mix into patties and place on baking paper.
  5. Grill patties for 10-15mins and until cooked through.
  6. Serve with dipping sauce and salad.

Best thing since a slice of cake.!
