Spaghetti Bolognese & Courgetti

  • Spaghetti Bolognese Sachet
  • Unlimited Courgette
  • Unlimited Chopped green peppers
  • Unlimited Chopped celery
  • Unlimited Chopped mushrooms
  • Limited List Chopped White Onions
  • Olive Oil from daily allowance


  1. Fry Green Peppers, Celery, Mushrooms and Onion in Olive Oil
  2. Microwave Courgetti for 3 minutes.
  3. Empty Contents of Spaghetti Bolognese sachet into a bowl
  4. Add 150ml of boiling water and mix well
  5. Microwave for 30 seconds (800w) stir and microwave for a further 30 seconds
  6. Mix in fried vegetables
  7. Leave to stand
  8. Serve Bolognese on top of Courgetti. Season and garnish with Basil.

Best thing since a slice of cake.! After seeing a picture of myself at Christmas 2015, l decided to do something so l took the plunge and phoned Alevere.  Hard bit done, the diet is simple, follow it as advised, and watch the pounds fall off, and they literally did.  The hardest thing is walking through the doors, but remember everyone there is in your shoes. I feel 21 again.
