Perfect Pizza

Ingredients

Sachet:

  • Pizza Dough
  • Tomato Sauce

Unlimited:

  • 1 x lg chestnut mushroom sliced
  • ¼ tsp x baking powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic salt
  • Chives

Limited:

  • 80g x Cauliflower Puree
  • ½ tsp x nutritional yeast
  • 70g x sliced tomato
  • 25g x white onion sliced

Method

  • Mix both sachets together in a bowl and add 50g cauliflower puree, ¼ tsp nutritional yeast, ¼ tsp baking powder & ¼ tsp garlic salt.
  • Form a paste and spread onto a non-stick mat or baking parchment. I find it easier to make a rectangle as opposed to a circle.
  • Bake in the oven at 180°c for 12 minutes.
  • Allow to cool slightly.
  • Mix 30g of cauliflower puree with ¼ tsp of nutritional yeast and spread this across the base as the sauce.
  • Next add the tomatoes, onions, & mushrooms.
  • Finish with the chives and then bake for a further 10 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.

Best thing since a slice of cake.! After seeing a picture of myself at Christmas 2015, l decided to do something so l took the plunge and phoned Alevere.  Hard bit done, the diet is simple, follow it as advised, and watch the pounds fall off, and they literally did.  The hardest thing is walking through the doors, but remember everyone there is in your shoes. I feel 21 again.
