Rhubarb Crumble

1 Meal Serving Ingredients

  • ½ packet Vanilla Dessert
  • ½ packet Hazelnut Oatmeal
  • 2 stalks of Rhubarb
  • 5 tsp Sweetener
  • 15mls Fat Free Greek Yoghurt
  • Squeeze of lemon juice


  1. Preheat oven to 180°c. Wash a chop the rhubarb to 3inch pieces. Place in oven proof dish with lemon juice and sweetener. Roast for 30-40mins, until soft and juicy.
  2. Mix the two ½ packets of Vanilla Dessert and Hazelnut Oatmeal, and cool water a little at a time until you get a crumbly texture. Pour on top of rhubarb and grill until golden.
